Nina Pryor is a Broker Associate with Gold Mine Realty in Pine Grove, California. A Transplant from the Insurance Industry, Nina is an nineteen year Veteran in the Real Estate Industry and has represented clientele ranging from Homeowners in the sale and purchase of their personal residences, to Contractors in the acquisition of Development Property and subsequent sale of
Spec Homes.
After College, Nina launched her business career in the Santa Barbara area where she owned and operated two Multi - Million Dollar Insurance Agencies, entering the Real Estate arena in 2000. In Santa Barbara the stakes were high and the competition fierce, but with focus and determination Nina became the Number 7 ERA Realty Agent on the Central Coast of California. When the market tanked in 2006 and 40% of Realtors in the local Association of Realtors® surrendered their licenses, Nina retained hers, staying the course until the crash was over.
Committed to superior client service, Nina served three terms on the Board of Directors at the Local Association of Realtors in Santa Barbara County. She holds the designations of SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, GRI - Graduate, Real Estate Institute, Realtor® and California Real Estate Broker. Her Educational background includes four years in Accounting, Business Management and Business Law, and this education has proven to be a critical tool in interpreting the Financial Statements of Business Opportunities, and in managing and closing escrows. She has trained under the best of the best, including Tony Robbins, Tom Hopkins and Gary Keller, founder of Keller Williams, and has met each of these dynamic individuals in person.
Upon her arrival in California’s Gold Country, Nina served as Corporate Real Estate Broker to the owners of multiple Luxury Automobile dealerships in the Management, Acquisition and Disposition of their Real Estate portfolio. Nina has successfully marketed and sold Single Family Homes, Multi Family Income Properties, Commercial Properties and Vineyards.
Nina is a Christian woman, devoted to her amazing husband James Pharris, their four awesome kids and their ever - increasing roster of Grandchildren. Her passion in life is dogs and she spent several years breeding beautiful long coated chihuahua puppies. She has lived in and LOVED Gold Country and the Sierras since 2007.
